Orders & Shipping Policy
Placing Orders
· All product orders must be placed via the MCC Online Store at melbournecosmeticcentre.com.
· Login credentials are issued individually to AHPRA-registered MCC Studio Injectors and are strictly confidential. Credentials must not be shared with any other person.
· If paying via direct deposit, a copy of the payment receipt must be emailed to info@melbournecosmeticcentre.com.au. Orders will not be shipped until payment is confirmed.
· Product supply may be withheld where there are outstanding invoices relating to product purchases, scripting, or Aesthetic Record usage.
Order Processing
· Orders are processed during business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
· Orders placed outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.
· You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once dispatched.
Shipping Days & Cut-Off Times
· Orders are express shipped Monday to Wednesday only.
· To ensure same-day dispatch, orders must be placed and payment confirmed by 1:00 PM on posting days (Monday–Wednesday).
· Cold chain products are dispatched Monday to Wednesday only to ensure temperature stability.
Shipping Method & Fees
· Express shipping only is offered.
· A flat-rate express shipping fee of $15 applies to all orders.
· Additional delivery charges incurred due to incorrect address details or failed delivery attempts are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Timeframes
· Metro areas: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days
· Regional areas: Delivery may take longer depending on location and courier services
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather events, or peak periods. Once dispatched, courier handling and delivery timelines are outside our control.
Cold Chain & Regulated Products
· Orders containing cold chain items may be shipped separately from non–cold chain products.
· Cold chain shipping fees are non-refundable once dispatched.
· It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive cold chain deliveries. MCC cannot accept responsibility for temperature compromise due to missed or delayed delivery acceptance
Eligibility & Verification
· Certain products are restricted to AHPRA-registered health practitioners.
· Registration details may be requested and verified prior to dispatch.
· Orders may be delayed, cancelled, or refused where eligibility or regulatory requirements are not met.
· Products must not be redirected, transferred, or supplied to unauthorised persons.
In-Person Collection
· In-person product collection is available Monday to Thursday, between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM, at MCC Studio Docklands.
· No order collection is available on Fridays.
· Orders for Thursday collection must be placed and payment confirmed by 1:00 PM on Wednesday.
Receiving Schedule 4 (S4) Stock
When receiving or collecting Schedule 4 products:
· A nurse must check the batch number, expiry date, and quantity upon receipt.
· Any discrepancies must be reported to MCC within 24 hours of receipt.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure all delivery details are correct at the time of ordering. MCC is not responsible for delays, loss, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
Order Issues, Returns & Refunds
· If your order is delayed, damaged, or missing, please contact info@melbournecosmeticcentre.com.au as soon as possible, quoting your order number.
· Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
· Due to regulatory and safety requirements, some items (including injectable, cold chain, and Schedule 4 products) are not eligible for return.
