By accessing this website, placing an order, or enrolling in a course, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility

Certain products and education offerings are restricted to AHPRA-registered health practitioners.

By placing an order or enrolling in training, you confirm that:

·       you hold current AHPRA registration (where required), and

·       you are acting within your professional scope of practice.

We reserve the right to verify registration details and to refuse supply or enrolment where eligibility requirements are not met.

Products & Orders

All product descriptions are provided for general information only and do not replace professional training, clinical judgment, or regulatory obligations.

Orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities supplied where required for regulatory, safety, or compliance reasons.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Orders are charged at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Shipping

Shipping is subject to our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched.

Cold chain and regulated products are shipped in accordance with safety and compliance requirements.

Education & Training

Course enrolment is subject to meeting eligibility and experience requirements.

·       A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure course bookings.

·       Balance payments must be made in accordance with published payment deadlines.

·       Transfers and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.

Participation in training does not guarantee competency, qualification, or scope expansion. Practitioners are responsible for practising within their professional and regulatory boundaries.

Refunds & Returns

Refunds and returns are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

All procedures, products, and treatments require appropriate training, clinical assessment, and professional judgment. Responsibility for clinical decisions remains with the treating practitioner.
